We provide customized evaluation packages for hardware device manufacturers, IoT designers, and embedded engineering teams evaluating Windows USB networking.

Please complete the evaluation driver checklist below. This enables our engineering team to pre-configure driver packages, sample INFs, and DHCP services to match your hardware prototype.

Evaluation Driver Checklist

All evaluation requests are reviewed by our senior driver engineering team. Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 business days.

3. USB Vendor ID (VID) & Product ID (PID)

Commercial USB devices require unique 16-bit Vendor IDs from USB.org. For prototype evaluation, Belcarra can bind drivers to your assigned VID/PID or provide test IDs.

4. DHCP Service & Addressing Configuration

USBLAN includes an optional built-in DHCP service to automatically assign IPv4 addresses to the host and device across the point-to-point USB connection.

Default is 169.254.1.1. Specify an alternate subnetwork if desired (e.g., 192.168.225.1).
